Dustin was super communicative from before our project began. He kept us in the loop on an almost daily basis. He was out at our project site several times during the week every week. All the crews were timely, efficient, and always left things clean. Very happy with the outdoor kitchen and the fire pit and will definitely use Prino again for our next project.

Prino finished our pool install really close to the scheduled completion date. The team went above and beyond addressing every minute detail. One lingering piece that we hadn’t addressed was the heater. The guys came out today, nearly 45 days after pool fill, to check and test the heater. Everything is working great. Our project manager Dustin was on top of everything.

I can’t say enough good things about PRINO and the level of care they have put into our pool build. They have made what can easily be a stressful process feel so much easier. Our project manager, Dustin, has been incredibly hands-on and dependable throughout the entire project, which has truly made all the difference. He is always quick to answer our questions, easy to reach, and genuinely willing to explain things along the way. He has gone above and beyond throughout the process… even showing up every day to personally water our concrete while it was curing to make sure everything was taken care of properly. What has impressed us most is how he handles the inevitable little issues that come up during a large construction project. If something needs to be corrected or adjusted, there is never hesitation, excuses, or pushback… he makes sure it gets taken care of. That kind of accountability and customer service is increasingly hard to find. We are extremely grateful for everything Dustin has done for us and would absolutely recommend PRINO to anyone considering a pool build. Dustin is a huge asset to the company and absolutely deserves recognition for the level of service, dedication, and care he provides his customers.

The Prino team did a great job, the PM Dustin was very attentive and got all of our questions answered quickly. Our job was started on time and completed on schedule, without any issues. We are very happy with our resurfaced pool and the job that Prino did.
