- YVyessica vazquezOct 7, 20265.0Precios razonables.
- EQEricka QuachSep 30, 20261.0I do not like bad reviews but I have no other way of getting a response from anyone at Budget Blinds. I have been a customer of this specific Budget Blinds since 2020. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars and my last order was $3,000+ about 5-6 months ago. I had to wait a long time for my order to come and it arrived wrong. In good faith I paid the remaining balance and reached out to Marlene to explain how my order was wrong. She apologized and assured me that she was going to make it right by ordering the valances missing. It's been 3 months since my first call and I have not heard back despite my several calls and voice messages. My order consisted of 3 outside mount roman shades and 3 inside mount roman shades. The 3 inside mount came in just fine but the outside mount shades are missing the valance on the sides so they are truly intended as inside mount. Additionally, one of the wands is installed on the wrong side of the window even though I specifically indicated which side of the window I wanted it. Budget Blinds shades are not ordered online or by phone, someone has to come onsite to take measurements so there should be no confusion. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with how my order has been handled and how my phone calls are going unanswered. It seems my business does not matter anymore. Would I use again? No. Would I recommend to my friends and neighbors? No. Please call me to correct my order. For $3,000+ I should have exactly what I ordered.
- LBLori BreitbarthSep 16, 20265.0I am delighted with the new blinds that were installed in my home. The experience with the entire process was easy and pleasant. The installers were very nice and did a professional job
- MGMaricela GodoySep 15, 20265.0Samuel and Luis were professional and aware of my personal belongings while installing shutters. Communicated and beyond attentive with each piece. Were kind to my fur babies as well. Extremely grateful for doing an amazing job installing shutters, adding that final touch to my farmhouse look. Big thanks to Marlene Alvarado and Juvencio Ordaz for being patient and informative with any doubt I had. They really made this experience a good one. Truly recommend them.
