  The manager and customer service at this store is an absolute joke. Been on the phone for an hour to find out about a dryer refund.

  Lowe’s is an absolute joke. Don’t ever use their same day delivery they will hire random uber drivers that definitely are not qualified to deliver very expensive heavy products and you will not get your order. They don’t care if it got delivered or not and there’s no urgency either which is the ENTIRE purpose of doing a same day delivery order. The customer service is embarrassing

  I would thaink thay would have the employees park in the far side of the parking lot not in the front spaces I have seen meny employees park in front and wached the older people have to park and walk to far in this heat.

  Most horrible customer service experience I have ever had. My wife and I stopped by the new Lowes store in Midlothian, Texas (store#3527) this morning to pick up some roofing materials. While shopping we walked by the clearance rack that had ceramic and marble tile posted for 75% off. I went to the front checkout to ask for assistance. We waited and as expected nobody came. So, I picked up a box of tile put it in my basket and went to the front to scan the box so I could see the cost. The screen said. o2 cents per tile and there were 10 tiles in the box- so .20 cents per box. I asked for help from the cashier standing by and she scanned it also and came up with the same answer. She called another person, so we walked back to the rack where these tile boxes stacked, and I showed her where they were located. She pulled them up on here little palm machine and came up with the same conclusion, she commented " there is no way that price is right" and that she insinuated that those boxes were in the wrong rack and don't know how they would have gotten there... Like I transferred 10 plus boxes to that rack-even though their pricing system showed the price to be .02 cents per tile .20 cents per box clearance price. The gentleman that was helping us told us that " if that what it posted for, that's what we can take it for. I went and found a cart to load the boxes on. When I returned, I found yet another store associate talking with my wife that said" we cannot sell these boxes of tile to you, we cannot sell tile for .02 cents each or .20 per box as the advertised price when scanned at the checkout area-Even though other people were buying tile from the same rack, we were the ones turned away treated with such horrible fashion. Needless to say, after this horrible ordeal-I won't EVER shop at another Lowes store again. That customer service was the LOWEST I was served with in my 56 years.

  I waited over 30 mins to get some tubing cut and asked three different people working the floor to help me. Each one assured me someone would be over soon to help me. I ended up just leaving. The joke of the matter is that you can’t even have thing delivered to you house because the fees are insane. It’s worth it to drive 20 mins out of the way to another store.
