He asked for time to find a solution and did exactly that. I spent over 2 hours dealing with customer support over the phone and got nowhere. Their supervisor just sent my call back to the store level just to get me off the phone. Little did I know that I would get William and he would take the necessary steps to solve my problem. I am sincerely grateful to that young man for the effort he put in. This will be the location that I frequent from here on out even though there are at least 4 locations closer. Thank you William.
- PDPatty DartAug 30, 20261.0This location has the worst customer service I have encountered in my life. I was waiting in the paint area for someone to help mix paint. After waiting for 10 minutes, I walked over to customer service and politely and apologetically asked if there was anyone who could help or if there was anyone who could be paged. Instead of any normal human response the guy looked at me with a look of disgust and snarled at me while mumbling under his breath, so I walked back to the paint counter overhearing him tell a girl that I needed help with paint with such a tone of disdain that I would dare ask for help in the store. So when she came over with the same rotten attitude I was still kind, because I have worked in retail and understand how rude customers can be. I apologized again for needing help and kindly expressed my confusion as to why he responded the way he did. And was met with the same disdain. So I walked away and will go to the Waxahachie store. These younger employees need training to understand how to have an intelligent conversation with human beings. It’s really disgraceful and I will never shop at this location.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
