The store closes at 10pm, not 9:45pm. Why is service department register closing their drawer out before the store closes? Why does the lady that is at the service department register have a terrible attitude? I couldn’t see her name tag or I’d definitely call her out. I did see Will’s name tag that was standing beside her and he could visibly see how awkward the moment was when this female employee was rude and bothered that a customer was spending $300 on a water dispenser. She must’ve forgotten that product sales are what give her a job. Also, she should learn the simple, but effective, act of thanking the customer.

Store should be charged with fraud if they don’t have it in inventory they change the price and mark it up and they don’t have much in inventory even if they tell you they have an inventory you’ll get a call back a day later saying they don’t have it in inventory and instead of getting it for you, they tell you to go buy it at another store. I would recommend everybody go to Home Depot instead of this store.

I purchased a preassembled charbroil grill. I had to help the store employee lift onto the bed of my truck. My wife and daughter helped me unload it at home. It would not start. There is not mention of using the starter in the manual or trouble shooting if it did not work nor was there anything like that online. I called store to ask them bring out another grill that worked. They said I had to bring it back for a refund. I tried holding for the manager but gave up after waiting 20 minutes. Beware the charbroil grill brand and the indifferent management at the Midlothian store.

We are needing to purchase 2 50 gallon hot water heaters. Just left Lowes in Midlothian with nothing because they have no one that can actually assist customers. 5 people standing around in flooring talking and laughing. No cashiers but 3 more employees standing around to watch customers check themselves out. Went to the front for help the girl working the front area was helpful but could not get anyone to come up and help us. Once again 3 other employees standing around the front area where returns are accepted doing absolutely nothing We are headed to Home Depot in Waxahachie. You guys lost a 1,500 sale and any future business from us

I want to recognize Dakota and Ethan for truly exceptional service today. I’m brand new to gardening and came in with a long list for a flower bed project, with absolutely no idea where to start. These two immediately stepped in and helped me with everything - walking the aisles with me, explaining what I needed, lifting the heavy items to my cart & making sure I didn’t miss a thing. They were patient, kind & never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking beginner questions. They even helped load everything into my car. Because of them, what could’ve been overwhelming turned into a great experience. Lowe’s is lucky to have employees like them.
