Had a washing machine delivered to my apartment and then I get online and one of the men foraged my signature. Also charged me for the haul away fee of my old washing machine which was never hauled away. Very disappointing. I was also told if get a phone call then they were 4 hours out, an 1 hour away from my stop. I got one call that said they will be there in 15 MINUTES! Had to leave work and rush to be there. So annoying. I will
Not be back ever again after this experience. Foraging a signature is beyond unacceptable. That’s not even my full initials I have TWO LAST NAMES. Fake and unprofessional as HELL! Do better Lowe’s and stop hiring just anybody.

Apparently discounts posted in the store are interpreted however the manager pleases. Conveniently the same issue happened the night before yet the issue still wasn’t fixed the next day at 1 pm when i was in the store. What should’ve cost $180 costed me $295 and the manager wouldn’t budge! I’ll give them 2 stars because they had the shelves i needed and the cashier at the self checkout was so nice and helpful and actually looked like he had second hand embarrassment after the manager allowed his ego to take over, but i won’t be back.

The manager is horrible! I asked for help and an employee didn’t have keys, so they called the manager. One, her English was poor. Secondly, she was “helping” me walked away and said nothing. Then i walk down the aisle to find her and see if she found what she was helping me look for and she was helping a different customer. So rude that she left me standing there like a fool and started helping other. Lastly, she handed me the item that she assured she Checked the sku. I get home and it’s not the correct item. Why hire incompetent “managers”?

John & April B. Were amazing there were no carts and John took time out to help us. April B knew how to process our request and she knows a lot of the stores departments we will be asking for her again in the future.
Also the only negative thing I would say is that the young men at the front of the store had no interest in helping us, they didn’t know anything not very helpful.

Don't expect help from them at all. We bought flooring here back in May. Had someone come out to see the room we wanted the flooring installed in. MATTHEW TRINIDAD, who apparently no one has heard of, ended up ghosting us. When we came to the store to try and see what happened, again, no one has heard of him. We apparently needed 2 more boxes of flooring, but they no longer make the one we originally purchased. But refused to do a refund or exchange because itd been too long. Wed have been here much sooner, if the dude didnt give us the run around, then ghost us. Again customer service was zero help. Just gave me another number I could call. So now we are stuck with flooring that we can't use. And have zero way of getting a refund or exchanging it.
