I purchased an item online and my order was later canceled. After calling customer service, I was told the store would honor the price and that all I needed to do was come to the store and speak with customer service.
I drove to the store, spent my time and fuel getting there, only to have the store manager tell me they would not honor the price because there was a “bug” in their system and that they reserved the right to refuse the sale.
What frustrates me most is that I was specifically told the issue would be resolved if I came to the store. Instead, I was given conflicting information and felt like my time meant nothing. I’ve spent a significant amount of money at Lowe’s over the years and even have a Lowe’s credit account, but none of that seemed to matter.
The lack of accountability and concern for a loyal customer was disappointing. Based on this experience, I will be canceling my Lowe’s credit account and taking my business elsewhere. I expected much better customer service

We ordered patio furniture to be assembled and delivered. They promised to bring it in a week and had a whole week to be ready. Two hours into our delivery window yesterday, they called to say they weren't coming until today. Last night, they called to tell us it was ready to pick up and were surprised they were supposed to deliver it. Then they called this morning to tell us the table still wasn't built and they won't bring it until Monday. Each time, they removed us from the day's delivery without discussion or offering to bring it so we could assemble it ourselves. We don't have the right vehicle to pick it all up unless we make three trips. I will never trust them with a delivery again because they are disorganized and break commitments.

You guys canceled my HVAC order. Did you not know?
I waited a whole day for some guy to come and approve my house and no one showed up and I Called Tucker, texted Tucker, and emailed Tucker ang goy No response. That night I opened my workorder and found it had been canceled. Then I got a survey from you guys asking me why I canceled. Then the next day Tucker called and said they canceled because they had no one in my area to install my order.
I was very, disappointed to say the least.
I doubt I ever make another major purchase from Lowe's because the way we were treated
