  I was running the system 20 hours a day; the salt system didn't seem to be working leaving a zero-chlorine count and the pool turning green only a few days after shocking. Mike came out, took his time and found the problem. apparently, Ants filled the electrical system and were shorting out the mother board. Mike found a workaround allowing me to keep the pool running and swimmable until I can get it fixed. This will give me a few weeks to get first get rid of the ants and then replace damaged parts to get the entire system back up and running. He could have told me any number of issues causing a need to replace the entire system. Instead, he took the time to physically show me the issue and teach me the work around until we get it fixed. Bottom line, Pool Tech found the exact issue and only suggested fixing what needed to be fixed without padding other pieces and parts. Of the dozen of so pool companies I have used over the years, I have been using pool tech since I found them 6 years ago because of their honesty and integrity!!!
