Avoid at all costs if you care about your health and your belongings. I paid for climate control but instead got a facility with mold and ZERO humidity control. My furniture and some other items molded. Managements only "solution" to my complaints of smelling and seeing mold amd mildew were for me to move my stuff myself to another unit. Also, this is the first and only storage facility I have ever used where clients were not allowed to use the trash receptacle onsite. Here are pictures of the mold.
They do not want to pay or refund fees because I did not buy their insurance. I should NOT have to pay for negligence when I paid EXTRA for climate control. Clearly, they don't care about my experience, nor do they care about the experience of future clients who rent out that unit.
Upate for management's response below: A more appropriate reaction would have been to contact me directly instead of leaving me a toll-free number prompting me to pay for another month's rent.
