- SMStephane MacedoJun 27, 20263.0Overall, the box spring is good, but when I opened it, I noticed that the mesh underneath was halfway detached. I had to go out and buy a staple gun so I could reattach the mesh myself, which was disappointing. I was also upset that I never received a notification that my delivery had arrived. The package was left outside for an unknown amount of time, and I only realized it had been delivered after opening my door to check.

I weighed the options and decided delivery instead of traffic hassle and that stress level!...My order delivered next day via Uber driver, with no issues, great transaction!...product in perfect shape! Added note: According to the map, this Town East Mall store is located in the old Garden Ridge garden/decor building...so, check the map before your visit... They provide good merch/pricing/and many selections!... Have fun shopping!...

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
