I had an amazing experience today at Extra Space Storage! Mike and Kimberly went above and beyond with their customer service. Mike was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Kimberly was awesome as well — very kind, helpful, and even gave me lotion when I needed it! You can tell she truly cares about customers while also doing a great job training.
