Had a fantastic experience here. The office staff is very professional and treats the customers with a lot of respect. The facility is new, well secured clean. The onboarding was very smooth and instructions crisp and clear. For me the location was a big plus point as well as I wanted a storage central of Frisco, McKinney, Plano and Prosper

Excellent First-Time Storage Experience!
This was our first experience renting a storage unit, and we feel very fortunate to have found Extra Space Storage in McKinney. From the very beginning, Kelly and Nathan were exceptionally helpful, patient, polite, and professional.
Since we were new to renting a storage unit, we had several questions and were unsure about which option would best meet our needs. Kelly and Nathan took the time to patiently explain everything, answer all of our questions clearly, and help us identify the right storage option without making us feel rushed or pressured.
What impressed us most was their gentle, friendly, and respectful approach. They genuinely seemed interested in helping us make the right choice and made the entire process easy and comfortable.
We are truly thankful for their excellent customer service. We feel blessed to have found this facility and especially to have had Nathan and Kelly assist us with our first storage experience.

Kelly was very professional super helpful. She helped me locate a cart as the previous customers left all the carts on the other side of the building. This was very very helpful as I had a lot of boxes to load to my storage unit. Thanks again Kelly amazing help

Enjoyed using Extra Storage Space in McKinney, TX. Nathan is the current manager at that location. Great guy always helpful. This is one of the cleanest and safest storage facilities I’ve ever used. Highly recommended this location 👍.
