I chose this place to store my belongings starting in July 2024 for about $40 (I don't remember the exact amount).
By June 2025, they didn't notify me or provide a reason, and they automatically doubled the price to $97.
When I complained, they lowered it to $69 (I'm still not happy with this price, as it's still nearly $30 higher than the original amount), but since I'm a woman and couldn't find anyone to help me move, I stayed
. Now, after 9 months, they've raised the price again, still without notice or reason, to $102.
If you're considering this place, be careful; don't be like me, moving in only to have them continuously raise the price. You'll have to spend time and effort to move elsewhere if you don't agree with their prices.

This facility failed to inform its tenants of a RAT infestation because they "thought" they isolated it. Well, they did NOT. Our unit and valuables were destroyed with rat feces, along with a rotting carcass in one of our boxes. A simple notification to ALL of your tenants could have avoided this altogether. Management failed, and I don't think they actually care. I DO NOT recommend this storage facility. We will be finding a different facility.
