In the past six months Carpet Tech has cleaned five area rugs for us. Brent and his team do a wonderful job. They do all the heavy lifting during pickup and place the clean rugs and pads in the designated areas during delivery. They provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. It’s a pleasure to work with them. We also use Carpet Tech for carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. We’re very happy with the services they provide. I highly recommend Carpet Tech for your home cleaning services.

Drew H. and his assistant did great work cleaning two living room chairs and cleaning our bedroom carpet. They listened, to understand our issues, clarified our discussion, and went to work! They did a great job, and connected well relationally. We are very happy with the work we asked them to complete!

We had a really great experience with Carpet Tech! Communication was great from the beginning, the pricing was fair, and everyone was very professional. Josh did our air duct cleaning and was so knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain everything and did a great job. We would definitely use Carpet Tech again and highly recommend them!

USER-FRIENDLY PORTAL, GREAT TECHNICIAN I had a fantastic experience with Carpet Tech of McKinney. From the start, they were quick and easy to interact with, and their portal made scheduling my appointment an absolute breeze. Our technician, Dalton, did an amazing job on our general carpet cleaning. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative, even texting to confirm the price before he got started. He exceeded expectations in all areas! It’s rare to find that kind of honest, outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Carpet Tech and Cody! From the very first visit, Cody earned my trust by being incredibly honest and consultative. He walked me through the layout, explained the treatment process, and advised me on the best approach without ever making me feel pressured. I felt so comfortable with his recommendation that I booked the job immediately and requested that Cody personally do the work. The results are amazing and the professionalism was top-notch. I plan on making the carpet cleaning a yearly goal and I won't even waste time shopping around or looking at other prices. If you want the job done right, call Carpet Tech and ask for Cody!
