Pretty good place to shop at but the reason I’m giving it a one is because everytime I call it gives me an ai bot to talk to and it never helps with anything, just keeps on taking me in a loop. When I ask to speak to customer service or anyone it just went silent and had me waiting there for a good 2 minutes with me saying “hello” before I decided to end the call. Why would I want to talk to an Ai bot when I need help from an actual worker

I gave this location a one star review about five years ago. I recently went shopping for new appliances and I found the best deals at this location. I purchased 4 appliances and walked out happy until days later when I saw the email from lowe's showing that the refrigerator that was purchased, it was already picked up. I went to the store so they can address the issue and I waited for over an hour for them, to view the video showing me making the purchase and walking out without the refrigerator. They did manage to add to the delivery with everything else.
I just got everything delivered, and the 2 guys that came told me. The pedestals that were purchased for the washer and dryer would not allow them to fit properly. There is a small shelf above each spot that they told me that would prevent the washer and dryers from fitting with pedestals on because they would be too high. They left the pedestals behind telling me that I can get a refund. I measured the pedestals in there seems to be plenty of space. I am not going to bother waiting for someone else to come while I waste my time sitting around. Once they get the pedestals back, I have to wait up to ten days to get my refund.
I thought it was very unprofessional for one of the guys to try and make a little extra money by offering to move the old refrigerator that I was going to put in the garage, for an extra thirty dollars. Obviously they were looking to leave as fast as they could without a proper check. They falsely made that claim so they could rush out. I am including photos of the new washer and dryer with the one with lesser space above actually has the pedestal resting on top of it. You still see quite a bit of space left showing it would have easily fit.

Moises was an amazing help !!! He went above and beyond and help me pick a specific would based on my preference on the DIY project I was working on. He was very thorough. Explained everything help me look at many options from Low to highest in budget. He explained everything very clearly I was in and out within five minutes as a woman, it’s hard to be shopping at Lowe’s since Rarely even here, I’m here every blue moon when I need something like a tool or an appliance I am usually very lost but today he made it very easy and makes me wanna go back and shop here. I love very pleased.
