  Awesome staff and they have everything you could need. Mike especially has provided me with tons of invaluable information and advice and helped me get my pool just right. Thank you so much for always being friendly and helpful.

  I don't know if the white old man in the register is the worker or the owner, but he is very racist and that's because I am a light skin Mexican American. You can tell he is. He should not live here in the valley. Seems he gets upset for Hispanic having swimming pools. This is not the first time that old man, ignores you when you are trying to buy or pay. Honestly tired of my family going there and telling me the same, on why do I send them to buy anything there. Your in front of his face for over 5 minutes in front of the register, he puts his head down acting like he is looking at a magazine and he doesn't acknowledge you. He is in front of the register and I am in front of him. I had to tell him if he doesn't acknowledge that there is person in front of him trying to pay for the chlorine tablets. He said he was attending another customer. There was no other customer in the whole store. No wonder they barely have customers. Just because Sam's ran out of chlorine tablets. My family and I will not go there, rather buy it more expensive anywhere else. Customer service is bad. Will not go to that store on 10th street. If he is a worker, he needs to get replaced.

  Horrible employees. The manager "Albert Yepez" at the 10th street store in McAllen refused service because he likes to make up his own store policy about wearing a mask is "required," which it is not. I called 3 other stores and they said it's not a policy. His employees were not even wearing a mask but customers have to? Then he pretty much kicked me out, then him and his employee Abigail refused tried to refuse curbside which their is clearly a sign on the door saying they will do it. Horrible place, go somewhere else.
