  Ever since the new manager started a couple of months back, she likes talking down to you if your complaint about the quality of the furniture you are buying. The general manager is another sarcastic person with no concern for the poor quality of the chairs being sold to me and the money I spent. Be careful when you buy from this place, LazBoy corporate office will wash their hands to any complaint since this store is privately own. If you buy a chair requesting a different material it is consider a special order and you have to take the final product no matter what, even if the quality is not even close to the original product on display. I been buying Lazboy furniture for more than 30 yrs recommending their furniture to friends and family and this is the 1st time I encountered poor quality products and poor service from this location. Other managers in the past were polite, educated and with higher moral standards.

  It was fantastic Vanessa set with me while I decided what chair I liked best. All the chairs were great; I picked one I really liked; it will be here Friday can’t wait. I have had lazy boys for over 30 years. No better recliner for me; and my sales lady was absolutely wonderful. I hope all the best for her.
