  My experience in purchasing a beautiful dining table from La-Z-Boy in McAllen was an incredibly nice experience! Their representative Vanessa was beyond professional and very proactive in helping me in the purchasing process……. and she shared very important information with me on the product that I purchased. In addition, she offered to help me with additional purchases to help complement my dining room table! Thank you again Vanessa!

  Ms. Vanessa Camacho at the La-Z-Boy showroom in McAllen far exceeded our expectations for a furniture salesperson. No, the bar isn't exactly very high to begin with, but it's no exaggeration to say this was by far our most positive experience with a furniture salesperson, maybe out of all salespeople we've ever dealt with. Ms. Camacho was professional, kind, friendly, informative, communicative, and efficient. She was the perfect balance of checking in with us regularly, but also giving us the space we needed to look around without feeling any semblance of pressure. Highly recommend this store, based entirely on our exclusively positive experience with Ms. Camacho.

  I could not be more pleased with the excellent customer service at Lazy Boy store in McAllen, Tx. As a disabled person, the sales professional was very attentive and understanding of my needs. I highly recommend this store.

  We recently purchased two recliners from this store in McAllen and had a great experience. The sales associate who helped us was very patient—she invited us to let her know if we needed anything, then gave us space to browse on our own. She stayed nearby and checked in just enough to make sure we didn’t have any questions. Once we found what we were looking for, she answered everything thoroughly. The customer service was excellent through the entire purchase process, and we left feeling completely comfortable and confident with our decision.
