The management only care about the bottom dollar, not about customer satisfaction. I had a lawn mower delivered which is now defective. The manufacturer provides a 5 year warranty that guarantees a delivered replacement. Lowe’s in Marshall does not honor that, even when it was explained that I am not able to physically bring the defective one to the store. It would be so easy for them to pick up the defective one and bring me a new one, as stated in the Cobalt warranty. Lowe’s in Marshall Texas lost a customer, because all management cares about is money. Yet, if they keep this behavior up and they will lose by going under.

We bought AC window unit June 24, 2026, unit stop working, took it Lowes in Marshall and they refuse to issue refund or replace with new. Waited for a store manager to showed, another customer was waiting to exchange her window unit - she ask him was he the store manager, he said no, but told my husband he was the store manager. Just straight up lied. Long story short- we won’t be doing business with Lowe’s anymore. I looking for 800 number to make a verbal complaint- but haven’t been able to find.

I have been a customer of lowes for a long time I was a diehard H.D. customer and they lost it when they got to big they wouldn't take care of you could get help, but hey thats them and we are talking about lowes. Its sad to go into a store spend the time shop around because you have to be careful not to get screwed i bought a powerwasher now its not an item I use everyday I had put 2washes threw it and on the 3rd time guess what it broke by this time it was 2half months the firings where still brass take it up there at 630 in the afternoon I was told nothing they could do I asked why you can clearly see its not been used the response was there wasn't a manager they went home and they wouldn't do it anyway! Why as a consumer do we allow this! All i wanted was a working product what I paid for hell I was willing to pay more for an upgraded model. But nope , also it sucks bad that not only do we spend time shopping in their store but I have to check myself out with 8 people standing around laughing only to have someone watch over me so I have to work to give you my money, and you sell me shit win win for you. Welli divorce you lowes I not give you one more penny. Shame on you lowes. What goes up must come down a retailer should never for get who got them there. It cost you way more to gain a customer than to keep a customer! Home depot learned from their mistakes, im coming home, Depot!!!!

I felt like I needed to update this post, I also feel so many times people have no problem posting the bad things about company's and never say the good so after I posted this I went back to try even swap my powerwasher for the second time and it was different person that was there the first time I had zero issues very nice helpful lady, I know i know im just giving this because i got a new power washer replacement, i never take stuff back or return anything, because im embarrassed that i didnt get it right so when i do take something back it bad, and to be treated like i was the first time well that what started this ,andI now have a working unit it is ashame that one person was rude and one was so nice she made me feel there is hope for humanity after all i have since today to be exact, and spent money there. Thank lowes for taking care of me!
