Customer Service is 0/10- after being transferred multiple times and then left on hold for 15 minutes the 1st time, and called again just for them to do it again not giving me any reason other than "Oh no one picked up". Being a corporate business you would think this would be a bit of a smoother process for someone to help me with my order.

Why would anyone make the main isle so narrow that carts cant pass going in opposite direction for 100ft? I travel for construction so I visit lots of different hardware stores in 50yrs it was the fist time I've ever had to ask where the yard hand tools were located after walking half the store. Employee didn't know and flat out lied to us about it. They closed the garden section 2hrs early so I had to go back and get the price of landscape stones myself and the online price of one material we got was half the store price. They did honor the price but that shouldn't even be issue to begin with. I'm guessing the store manager was an ex dollar general employee

I have contacted the local store and customer service at the 800 #. I have left reviews with the BBB, and have yet to resolve or receive the $12,200 in merchandise that has not been provided. I have all the receipts. I have the delivery ticket that includes missing products. I still have another customers order they accidentally delivered to my house. This is not a clerical issue, this is theft.
I'm not going away until I have the merchandise and material that has been purchased.
I would appreciate someone that is not part of the local Lowe's store in Marshall to reach out to me.
