Asher in the Flooring Department was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the entire flooring process, including pricing, and made everything easy to understand. He also walked me through the different grout and base options so I could choose what would work best for my project. I really appreciated his patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service. An order for a washer/dryer was placed on 6/17 and confirmed for delivery on 6/25. I called customer service to confirm the delivery date and time since no one followed up to advise anything. Customer service informed me that I was receiving part of my order on 6/25 and the rest later since the pedestals were on back order. I was told that I would receive a text with my time window and a call when the drivers were en route. The text I received said my time window was between 9am-1pm. I took the day off work to be home. 2:30pm rolls around, no call, no text. I call customer service again and jump through virtual assistant hoops, waiting to speak to an actual person only to be told that the delivery was never actually scheduled and is now scheduled for July 3rd. With this being the day before a holiday, we’ll see if it actually happens. I was on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes and no one could offer any answers or resolution at all. Never again.

I recently had one of the most unpleasant experiences at Lowe's Store #3525 in Manvel.
The cashier, Diego, was pleasant and courteous, but appeared to be inexperienced and required assistance. Unfortunately, the manager, Don, handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner. Throughout the transaction, he repeatedly implied that I was somehow trying to jeopardize his job simply by requesting my military discount, which I have successfully used during my last four visits to this location.
I found Don's demeanor to be disrespectful, demeaning, and completely inappropriate. As a longtime customer, I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated. Customer service should be based on respect and professionalism, neither of which was demonstrated during this interaction.
As a result of this experience, my family and I have decided that we will not be returning to this location.

As a new gardener, I was able to find everything I needed. This Lowe's was a new location. It was very clean and organized. The only thing I didn't find was strawberry seeds or seedlings.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
