  I just had my pool replastered and wouldn't you know my pump went out. My pool guy recommended a pump from Leslie's. I live in Ellis County but the closest in stock store was Duncanville. Ordered the pump on line to pick up in store. Went to the store and was told they did not have one in stock after all. The one they had been returned as it was broken. She said I was emailed the order was cancelled but I did not receive that email until 2 hours after the order was placed. She was kind enough to check availability at other stores. The closest was Mansfield #2. It was already 6pm so we went home and called Mansfield to be sure they had one in stock. They did and I told Isaac what had happened in Duncanville. I told him I would be there in the morning to pick it up. He even offered to stay late for me if I wanted to pick it up last night! About 30 minutes later, Isaac called me back and said that he checked the unit they had in stock and it was also a returned not working unit. He checked availability and found me a name brand unit and even offered a discount for all my trouble.I arrived at the store at 9am this morning and he had the unit ready for me. I cannot say enough how helpful and considerate Isaac was. If his store wasn't 45 minutes from my home I would drive there to do business with his store from now on. Thank you, Isaac, for such wonderful customer service. You went above and beyond to assist me.
