    Simple order that I had sent to my home (birdbath) from At Home store in Mansfield. Unfortunately the item showed up with the bowl that holds the water was cracked straight through. Called the Mansfield store but they were not cooperative.

    I had someone do a return for me with my e-receipt. I’ve done this multiple times in the past and have never had an issue until now. They made a huge deal about the number on the barcode of the e-receipt (out of my control) and then when we finally found the “correct” number they proceeded to return the purchase to a card that was not used for the initial purchase. Not even a card with my name on it. I don’t know about anyone else but why would that be ok to return a purchase to someone’s else’s card rather than to original form of purchase or at least to a card with a name matching the person who made the initial purchase.

    What a great experience this evening! I had some questions around the Free Delivery promotion. While the cashier didn’t know the initial answer she utilized her manual and called up a manager to answer a few questions. I opted to not have them delivery my purchases but the team at this location were fantastic. The manager even showed us new markdowns that they were trying to move out. Their entire team were engaging and worked together to help answer questions.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
