I purchased online at the East 290 location in Manor, Texas so Anthony called to make sure I had everything I needed to get in my unit. He was very helpful even when I arrived close to closing time due to working later than expected. Anthony especially was helpful when I needed to switch my unit. He was willing to show me other options even though it was close to time for him to leave. He assured me that he was ok with staying past time to help me rent the unit best for my needs. With his help I found the right size unit and he made the rental transfer process easy. In addition to him being knowledgeable about the storage facility, he was very kind and personable. I’m grateful for his help and him going above and beyond to make my rental process smooth and hassle free!

We had an outstanding experience at iStorage on 290 in Manor. Anthony assisted us, and he was simply amazing; very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The units were spotless, and the entire facility was run with top-notch professionalism. Highly recommend!
