The store manager, Omar, greeted me by my name as soon as I walked in the door. It was my first time walking into the office. The young lady working was also friendly in greeting me with a smile. Great online experience, user friendly and GREAT rates. Clean facility and easy acces to drive up units. I chose the 6 months for the best rate but will most likely be here longer.

Within 12 months they had increased my rent by 3x. They only send out notices of the rent increase via paper mail on small postcards that can be easily missed despite having both email and phone on file to also send a notice. Whilst within the letter of their agreement this practice is incredibly scummy.
