  Got v there at 955 needed a part first my water heater and they said they were closed already bad custumer service. Not friendly not help ful and rude employees. Won't shop with them any more. Even had the lights on for 10bmin after they said they were closed.

  Best Lowe’s location ever! Always helps us, even without asking and they’re so kind! BTW - go here before going to the one in Tomball (Tomball location absolutely sucks).

  I wanna say thank you to the store manager Philip, who is a veteran for all of his assistance on my visit today to his location go by and see his store it is very clean and they are all about customer service based thank you Brother

  They suck. Ordered curbside so I didn't have to go inside and have my kid running through the aisles and waited for 20 minutes outside parked in Curbside. Finally went inside to get the stuff I needed. Saw 3 employees just standing around talking doing a bunch of nothing.

  I want to start by saying that my husband and I have always been loyal Lowe’s customers. We shop there frequently and are currently Gold members through the MyLowe’s Rewards program. Because of our positive experiences over the years, what happened today was especially disappointing. We purchased a Pit Boss grill approximately 40 days ago for around $700. Unfortunately, it has already developed electrical issues. Before loading and transporting this extremely heavy grill, we called the store to confirm that it could be returned. The employee we spoke with reviewed our account and assured us that we could bring it in and that they would take care of it. When we arrived at the store, however, our experience with the head cashier, Daphne, was completely different. I understand that store policies exist and that warranty claims may need to be handled through the manufacturer. My complaint is not about the policy itself—it’s about the way we were treated. Throughout our interaction, Daphne was dismissive and condescending. When she told me I needed to contact the manufacturer, I politely asked if she had the phone number. Her response was, “I’m sure it’s online. You can just Google it, exactly how I’m about to do.” I found that response unnecessary and unprofessional. As someone in a customer service role, providing basic assistance or directing customers to the proper resources should be part of the job. While I was still speaking with her, a male employee approached and asked whether he needed to move the grill. Daphne turned her back to me and began discussing my situation with him. Although I couldn’t hear everything that was said, it was obvious they were talking about me, as he immediately looked over at me and smiled in an awkward attempt to conceal the conversation. Being discussed in front of other employees in that manner was embarrassing and unprofessional. After leaving the store, I received a call back with what was presented as a solution. Once again, I was told that I simply needed to work with the manufacturer’s warranty. While that may very well have been the appropriate process, my husband asked to speak with someone above Daphne. He was told that manager was unavailable. He then asked for that person’s phone number, and Daphne replied, “It’s on the store door.” When he asked if she could provide the number instead of requiring him to drive back to the store, she responded, “I mean, I guess I could walk over there.” A few minutes later, another employee took over the call. Suddenly, returning the grill was no longer an issue. The return was approved without any of the obstacles we had previously been given. That inconsistency only reinforced our belief that this situation was handled poorly from the beginning. Again, this review is not about Lowe’s return policy or warranty procedures. It’s about the complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service we experienced from Daphne. My husband and I have both worked in customer service, and we would never speak to or treat any customer—especially a loyal, paying customer—in the manner we were treated. This entire experience was frustrating, unnecessary, and left a lasting negative impression. I intend to contact Lowe’s Corporate to file a formal complaint, not because I expect exceptions to policy, but because customers deserve to be treated with respect. Sadly, this experience has cost this store two loyal customers. We will no longer shop at this location and will instead choose the Tomball Lowe’s or even Home Depot. I sincerely hope Lowe’s addresses this issue through additional training, coaching, or whatever corrective action is appropriate so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
