Clean. Very clean. Safety cameras. Daniel was fantastic in setting up my unit and their new location in Magnoila 149/1488. Note, insurance is required so be mindful of that additional cost when selecting the value of your gear to store.

Great experence- Rich is very helpful. The place is very clean, air conditioned easy access- great platform push carts, and I love the locking system. No old fashioned padlocks!

Rich!!! Amazing human being! I had an outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to one of their employees, Rich. He was phenomenal in explaining all of my storage unit options, including the different sizes available and the cost of each unit. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what would work best for my needs. What really impressed me was how thoroughly he walked me through the digital app. He made the entire process simple, convenient, and easy to understand. I especially appreciated when he said, "We always want to see you, but if we can save you some time by using our digital app, we want to make sure you know how to use it." That comment really showed that he genuinely cared about providing great service and making things easier for customers. His customer service skills were exceptional. He was personable, professional, and made the interaction feel very human and welcoming. Employees and leaders like Rich, are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you for such a great experience!

Rich and Daniel were awesome! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Made sure we knew all of the facilities amenities and understood security. Highly recommend! Update: the next week we rented a second 10X30 unit and the cost had almost doubled in price, when I asked Rich about it he stated that more people had rented spaces so the cost had gone up. Does not feel like good business. They know they have us over a barrel as we have all of our household goods there already. Seems they are more concerned about getting a 5 star review than treating their customers honorably.
