I am very close to no longer doing any form of business with Lowes. Both personal and store fulfillment. They can never get deliveries right. When i try to call the store I'm on hold for no less than 30 minutes unless I'm talking to the first person that receives the call who very rarely can help. The ONLY person that has been helpful is the manager named Kathy, who was able to correct a logistics error from the Livingston store to try and get my shipment in a more timely fashion. However they had a truck break down and ended up not getting my delivery to my store in time and failed to get it re-scheduled in their systems. I've been trying to get this corrected for over 4 hours this morning.

Do not spend your money here. I’ve made two large orders from this location in the past few months and have been completely dissatisfied. The first order was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I ordered a stove among many other things and was promised that the in stock stove would be delivered the next day allowing me to install for my client to use on Thanksgiving. The stove was not delivered until mid February. After many calls to customer service.
My last purchase was about a month ago. I made a large purchase to install about 850 linear feet of fencing Including an XR seven paint sprayer. This time, the delivery showed on time and they delivered all of the fencing except the metal fascinating clips (Which were in stock) and the XR7 Paint sprayer.
It has now been a month and I still do not have the clips nor the sprayer. When I check my online account, it shows the clips Returned, although I did not receive my money back and it shows the paint sprayer as delivered, which is not the case. After two calls in a month has passed, I have fencing I cannot install nor paint because I do not have my sprayer.
Do not do business with this company!!!

Went to buy refrigerator only one clerk working the department but she was super great. Her name was Angie, explained that she would be with asap. We picked out the one we wanted and she explained about the warranty and delivery in detail. Very friendly, knowlegable about the product, and efficent. Even though very busy she made us feel we were her priority. Great job Angie Thank you.

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
