Original review: Spent roughly $4,000 at Lowe’s during my remodel this year and had a pretty disappointing experience with management at the Lubbock location. I attempted to return an unopened, brand-new sink that was only 9 days outside the return window after my contractor delayed the project for months and later informed me the sink was the wrong fit. What frustrated me most wasn’t the denial itself, but the way it was handled. The assistant manager hung up on the employee assisting me rather than having a quick conversation about a reasonable exception for a loyal remodeling customer.

The AI automated system is TERRIBLE and I cannot get through to a person. I have called many times, waiting 10 plus minutes each time repeating the same thing to THE AI bot to speak with associates in a particular department. The only way to get into a real person is to ask to speak with a manager because of poor service. Way to ruin an experience and get the BP up.
- SOSara OlivasApr 28, 20261.0I was just in the electrical department carrying a sleeping baby trying to find a part while trying to be out of the way as I looked for a part that was in 3 different boxes with each one having different prices none labeled right than an employee older man named John came up with his cart ladder thing and said excuse me I need to go by after seeing me standing there trying to figure out what was the right price was. Never asked if I needed help just basically telling me to get out of his way.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
