I've had it now for over 5 years with absolutely no problems. I'm so glad I found a place that has a strong product knowledge and takes the time to explain and compare brands to find the one that best suited me and my family. After injuring my back 3 years ago I purchased a massage chair that has been life changing. Dorinda (the owner ) and Jim (her salesman of over 20 years ) were extremely helpful and patient with me as I made my choice of models and helped me find the one best suited to my needs. A year ago I made my best purchase yet !! A 15 foot swim spa 😍 I do not know how I ever made it without one. Wow! It's where I have my morning coffee before my spa workout and where I wind down in the evening after working all day. If you've never tried one I definitely recommend! I'm 56 and I feel 10 years younger since my purchase. Everyone from the secretary to the service desk to the technicians are absolutely wonderful .Compared to a nightmare experience i had with another dealer in town before i found Jacuzzi this has been amazing I highly recommend! 5 stars ALL DAY!
