  We bought a couch that cost over 4 GRAND and were promised a million things under the sun and none of it has held up. we were promised by the sales associate that it wouldn’t be discontinued, and if it was discontinued, we would be let know, but a assured us that it was a new couch and it wasn’t gonna be discontinued at any point. We also got the five-year protection plan that comes with a couch with Allaway that does nothing. We put in a claim to get our recliner fixed and were THEN told 2 years later our couch was discontinued and they can’t replace the piece… which was supposed to come in our 5 year protection plan which was the main reason we decided to spend that much…the Protection plan says each piece can be replaced 1 time within the 5 years… I put in a claim for some marks on my couch to be taken care of as well as a general cleaning which we were told was covered when we bought the couch from the sales associate but it’s not covered. None of that was true. Allaway has to know how the stain got there , the date, time, what the stain is or mark is for them to even care. Then when you get that information they still deny your request and since the couch is discontinued you can’t even replace the piece like was promised. If I could go back I would never have purchased from this company because they let their sales associates lie to get a sale. I thought this was going to be a lifetime couch because I truly love the couch but everything that was promised upon signing was a FLAT OUT LIE! It is extremely frustrating to spend so much on a couch and the protection plan does NOTHING. If anything happens to any piece you better PRAY Allaway helps you or that your couch wasn’t suddenly discontinued without notice. AND on the off chance they send you credit to replace the piece doesn’t matter because your shit was discontinued and you still gotta pay off that piece even IF they send credit to the store.
