  I can always count on Carpet Tech to do a great job. I’ve used them for 26 years and have always been pleased with the results. The technicians are always polite, willing to answer questions, and very efficient. Michael and Caleb took care of my carpets/rugs today and they were great! Thanks, Carpet Tech, for the job you do.

  Jason was so professional and knowledgeable. He helped us figure out options and was timely, efficient and such a hard worker. He did a fantastic job! He has the best work ethic and really represented 5 star service to a T. That kid deserves a raise!! We were very impressed. Thank you for sending him!

  Productive experience with Adam at Bug Tech in eliminating and managing our serious invasion of gnats in a highly professional manner. He did what no other exterminating company had done in his treatments. He went above and beyond in assessing the problem; researching necessary and best chemicals; and having determination to see us through our ordeal. He was also pet and property respectful with never any pressure sales. His assistants were friendly and professional, too. Adam took his time and patiently answered all of our concerns, and we had many. We appreciated his knowledge and determination. Thank you, Adam!

  Great experience from start to finish. User friendly services to get the appointment set up. Great communication throughout the entire process. Technicians were very polite and professional, very knowledgeable and respectful of the home. I also needed some patch work done on some carpet and the technician set up an appointment through a different department for me with ease. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing one of the many services Carpet Tech provides.

  The technician was very And very formal. He explained in detail on what the service was going to be, and when in detail about the price as well. He was very transparent and that’s what makes a great company. He also informed me of other services that the company offers and I am considering some of the other services. Great company great service..
