Very professional and did an excellent job! They took extra care to protect our walls while bringing the hoses into the house and were very flexible with the work and billing. The initial pricing may seem a little high, but after seeing the quality of the work, I felt the final cost was very reasonable. Most importantly, our carpets looked almost as clean as the day they were installed! I would definitely recommend Carpet Tech to anyone looking for professional, high-quality carpet cleaning.

Had a pup that had a rough ending to her life, leaving a bedroom with nasty carpet. Now the carpets look great. Everything was explained very well. They didn't push for extra work after making suggestions of things to consider for the future. Very personable.

We woke up on Sunday morning to water leak that was beginning to flood our basement. Within minutes Carpet Tech dispatched Jerid. He was professional and quick to remove the water, ruined carpet, install drying fans, and a dehumidifier. Fast, Friendly, and Reliable!
