  I Always find great buys at "At Home". Lots of home decor for reasonable prices, most of the time.

  The manager went above and beyond today to help me with an online order that was canceled by mistake. She was so determined to find one item that was sold out online, yet their system said they had ONE in the store! If you’ve ever shopped there you know how massive it is…rows and rows and more rows of merchandise. I never got the sense or felt like she had better things to be doing than searching every inch of that store for me! She had a smile on her face and the best attitude about it, and her determination paid off!!!! She found the ONE and ONLY item in the back, still in the box on a pallet that had just arrived! It’s super unfortunate that positive experiences like I had today are happening less and less. I’m so grateful to have been the recipient of such wonderful customer service today!!!

  Would like a leave a review about your shift manager, Gayle (not sure how to spell her name). Customer service is lacking. She completely ruined our experience at the store tonight. She was hovering over my family, watching my children closely and finally made her way near us. When she did come near us, she asked if "we were gonna buy those things they're holding" speaking of merchandise my children were holding. Since I noticed her watching us since the moment we walked in the store, I told her we were going to purchase them and even if we didn't, they are allowed to touch and look at the merchandise. She then proceeded to continue harassing us and telling us(including speaking to my small kids ages 9, 6 & 5) to put things back when we touch them. I told her to not speak to us and went to file a complaint about her at the front. Was disappointed to learn she was the manager & someone like her was considered "manager" material. She continued to then follow us to front of the store & wanted to argue & had the audacity to tell us to control our kids. I told her to control her attitude and I will protect my children when needed. You all keep having these type of people work for you is a bad look for the store-and to hear these type of individuals are allowed to be in any type of leadership position is hurtful to the company. We Have already emailed your "home office" to file a formal complaint but would like to speak to a general manager in Lok if possible. This unacceptable behavior and we were TARGETED/DISCRIMINATED against because we had small children shopping the store. She did not harass anyone else shopping and touching merchandise in the store. Only my family, who by the way, bought the items were were holding.
