    So I didn’t have a great experience twice going to this store. Staff in front is very rude & when they can’t pronounce my last name, they call someone over the radio saying they don’t know how to say my last name which is very embarrassing, you don’t have to say anything but you decide to anyways. I had to return an item & decided to look for another item & when interacting with the cashier she never asked hi how are you or do you need help ? Instead she never smiled at me & only thing she asked was if I had a receipt, it’s like she didn’t even want to be there & if you expect customers, including myself, to return then that’s not how you perform great customer service. I did have a nice experience with a cashier named Richard, he was very nice, asked how my day was & that he could help me with my exchange. I went in on 6/9/2026 at 12pm & whoever he was working with, the woman cashier with 2 piercings on the ride side of her face under her eye needs better customer service.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
