- CPCory PringletonSep 11, 20261.0Would not recommend going to this location, and especially wouldn’t recommend receiving help from Gabby. I don’t know how she still has a job there, but I had the worst customer experience of my life from Gabby when my girlfriend and I came in looking for a couch. First when we asked if a couch we saw online was in stock, she told us to press a button on the site, that unbeknownst to us initiated starting the application process when we were only looking, we simply just wanted to know if it was in stock. Then once we told her that we needed to cancel that application and that we didn’t appreciate being misled so that she could lock us in to buying a couch we were only looking at, it felt purposefully predatory as an attempt to increase her sales. She then got irritated and started insulting my girlfriend and I. At one point Gabby said “it’s not my fault you’re stupid” to us, and also told my girlfriend that her “ears look dumb”, because she has gauges. Unless you want your physical appearance and intelligence insulted, and for someone to try and scam you, I would stay far away from this store and Gabby in particular.

I got a lift chair and they sent me a dirty chair same day I stuck my hand in it I pulled out food,pet hair not to mention I have to put a sheet over it cause I started itching and had bad rash I was in the hospital and all Manuel can say all he can do is pick up the chair. Not to mention his workers said he came and checked it cleaned it and never did he stood at My door 🚪. never again I can only imagine how other stuff is sent out.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
