- ECEric ChristianSep 19, 20261.0I've been a customer of AARON'S for over 25 years in other cities.....this location in Lubbock has got to be absolute worst location. I ordered 5 items....2 were canceled because "they" claim it didn't call when I received the email....I did indeed call...but whatever 2 items were canceled. I didn't care because fine that's just a sign to find them elsewhere less expensive. Then a girl from the store calls me....completely clueless to what was going on. Obviously didn't look ovet the entire order situation....then tells me I need to come in to order everything. Um, ma'am the whole point of applying, filling out the order, SIGNING my lease agreement, and paying if to avoid GOING IN! IDK-what is going on here in Lubbock.....this location sucks. I highly recommend looking for furniture elsewhere. This is not the headache I signed up for.

- SOSincere OneAug 21, 20261.0I have been with Aaron’s since 1991. Bought and paid off many items. I had account transferred from one store to the next because of the poorest customer service ever. I was supposed to get the $330 credit I paid on the tv after weeks I was told a payoff amount now all of a sudden it from $200 payoff to $335 the same amount that was to be credited to the account when transferred. I’m very unhappy because this is a frequent occurrence I left Aaron’s for 10 years and they talked me into coming back to this MESS AGAIN. Chris and Haley husband and wife poor customer service skill team. I don’t expect corp to do anything I guess it’s ok to scream and holler at customers and call people names so just to think how they feel about their customers and we spend money there. Never again I DO NOT WANT anyone to get that great experience like I did from Chris and Haley Sent from my iPhone

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
