Went to purchase a window unit and upon check out the box seemed to have been opened. We ask the lady at sco if we could get a discount in case anything might be missing or broken ya never know anymore, she said it's just a box and no discount. She seemed more worried about her lunch 🤷♀️🤷♀️ anyway I get it home and guess what parts were missing surprise huh
We go to return/exchange it and I called ahead to make sure there would be no problems I guess that seemed to upset the lady at customer service she treated my daughter like it's an inconvenience. No customer service at all. You get paid to work and take care of customers we are your paycheck.
