  We purchased 2 leather lazyboy recliners they both have started peeling, poor quality but sold to us as top quality, even got a warranty but of course not under warranty now, I will never purchase from any store that sells lazy boy, total waste of money!!!!

  Will never shop there again. The sales person waited until after the sale to inform us the furniture would take 3-4 months to come in. After waiting that long we got a call to schedule delivery and had all current furniture removed. Then we were told delivery was not possible for another week.

  I bought a recliner less than a year ago and it’s already broken. The reclining mechanism is held together with plastic pieces and after some research it seems to be a common problem. It’s still under warranty so I called the Longview store and they told me I would have to call the service center in Dallas. When I was finally able to talk to somebody they told me I had 2 options: take it to their warehouse in Tyler or pay $125 for them to come to my house. Please don’t make the mistake I did, buy your furniture somewhere else.
