  A very nice experience. Our salesman, Martin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He directed us to just what we needed and he was a delight with which to deal. I would buy from them again.

  We recently completed construction of our new forever home, and have been outfitting it with brands that carry a reputation for longevity. We consider these purchases to be our last, and expect them to provide dependability for the next 20-25 years. We decided last summer that LaZBoy would be amongst the contenders, based solely on our past experience with their recliners, and their reputation for quality. We have 3 pieces on order which we will review once they are delivered, but we want to rate our buying experience now. Even though we had already decided on the furniture style, we still had to pick fabrics to suit our lifestyle and coordinate with our rug choice. Our salesman, Donnie, was extremely patient and helpful, and never failed to make us feel like we were his top priority during the selection process. The showroom pieces are nicely arranged and offer a good sampling of style, color and pattern choices that made it helpful for us to visualize our selections. My only suggestion for improvement of the experience would be to have better overhead lighting (cooler temperature).

  Martin is an amazing salesman along with a very helpful staff! I just bought my 2nd piece of furniture from him and he remember me and my wife from 3 months ago….enough so too give me 2 pillows that came with the couch! He and the other staff are in no way pushy and really do try and find the best piece of furniture for your needs, not their commission. I will not shop at another store and recommend everyone shop at La Z Boy on loop 281!

  Martin at La-Z-Boy is phenomenal!! He knows the products and doesn’t try to sell for commission, he actively listens as he wants to provide the customer with the best product they are looking for and has insight for each product in the building. I bought a couch from him 3 months ago and just returned to him personally today for a new recliner. This is the place to shop and always ask for Martin!!

  Was great shopping experience, Martin helped answer all our questions and we picked out 2 awesome recliners, will definitely be back for other pieces.
