  American Pool built my pool and have helped me maintain it for 25 years. There is no better pool company! I recommend them above any other company! A1 service all the time!

  Do not use this place! We have caught them on Arlo billing us for work that pool boys said they did but they were instead caught playing football on Arlo cameras. We made them come back to do work they tried to say they did. If u r current customer and don’t have cameras I bet anything they don’t do what u get billed for. Apparently business is so good they can just play around with you for a month all while telling us he will do the work he just needed some time. We waited over a month for owner(Mark) to give us quote for new tile grout so that we would still be within warranty from pool place in Shreveport. The place in Shreveport(they r pool leak company) came out told us the grout was leaking and American Pool said they could fix it just could not do the work right then. We gave them the time THEY asked for even. So we talked to place in Shreveport and they said oh your working with Mark so we will wait until he can do the work and still give u the warranty. Mark waited a month to get back to us and now says can’t do the work but can give u a quote! Now we r not getting warranty from Shreveport place. Mark u apparently don’t need money cause business is so great but u won’t be in business much longer u treat folks like this! U just lost a customer and we will not recommend your company to anyone. Go else where!!!

  Horrible service after they supposedly cleaned up the pool they left all their trash there for us to clean instead of hauling it away like they're supposed to seeing as they are being paid to clean the damn pool
