- CSCharlene Smithtoday1.0Sales manager: Cody Haber gave out false hope as a manager When you have rules and policies stick to them he insisted we ask the delivery drivers to help us move our old couch to our garage which is less than 4 steps but couch is heavy I was at work and my disabled wife was at home I could hear delivery drivers asking her to move the couch over to fit the one they were delivering not even trying to help also telling her it’s not going to fit hence the reason we asked them to move the old one I called the store and Cody said no ma’am that’s against policy when he was the one that suggested we ask them by the way one delivery driver said yes the other said no so that lets me know you guys do it for certain customers smh I am so disappointed I also was told my first payment would be my first month payment but I have another one due in 2 weeks after I just made the first one in store don’t recommend coming here I should have went back to Marshall where I got my first one won’t buy here again especially not from Cody Haber sales manager

Multiple phone calls showing up at your front door. Harassing people cause they so scared they gonna miss a payment.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
