Lowe’s delivered a KithenAid refrigerator that broke under 6 months. They kept the warranty, delivery and install fee money worth about $500 and paid back the faulty refrigerator only. So lost 500. Then I buy a new refrigerator from them for more money. They confirmed delivery on 10/10 for 10/13. Then they delay delivery of replacement to 10/23. No refrigerator for over a month. Thank you Lowe’s for terrible service.

We ordered a stove, refrigerator, and ceiling fan from Lowes online. They literally could not figure out how to deliver it. We would get an email every day saying that the delivery had to be rescheduled. After more than 1 month of rescheduling, we had to just cancel the order. You are much better off going to another store to get your appliances.

There must be new management bc in the last few months, every person I ask has been so helpful, even people from other depts have come to assist me jn another dept that they are not assigned to. I made bc a C phone call bc my blinds has not yet been installed and a C young man from a different dept answered the phone bc that dept was busy and he got on the computer, made a few calls and informed me of the update for installation and left a message for manager to follow up the new day,

This is in no way a reflection of this store more for the company drivers. This is a great store but I have to do one star because of the delivery of a purchase from this store.
First, if you have 13 deliveries don’t give me a four hour delivery time. It was supposed to be 3-7 then got a call it would be 8pm. Things go late I get that. We get to 9 pm and nothing then at 905 got a call they’d be there in 15 minutes. Of course we said yes because we wanted our appliances.
Second, how does it make sense if I’m located in Cleveland to be on the other side of Houston, and then go all the way to Livingston during our scheduled delivery slot and not stop in Cleveland first? It makes zero sense.
Oh and the last thing, was told because no power was going to our dryer that it needed a 40amp on the breaker, even though the cord literally says 30amp and apparently there aren’t any 40amp Whirlpool dryers.
I get the drivers were probably tired after finishing set up at like 945 at night but we were tired too. Had to push a few things back a whole day because they couldn’t get here on time even in the updated 8pm hour
