August 17th, 2026 I bought $260 worth of framing Lumber and carried it out on a heavy duty metal framed two-tier cart. As I'm heading to my truck to load it with this Lumber I had to strategically roll over asphalt lip which meets the concrete and has approximately 3-in height difference between asphalt and concrete. I had to lift the front of the cart with all my strength just to get it over the asphalt lip. As I push forward the second set of wheels hit that asphalt lip and knocked one side of my lumber stack off the cart! This issue has been here for at least the 8 years I lived in the area. A parking lot assistant came out to help pick up the lumber and I told him when are they going to fix this bump it's been here for years can you please pass that on to the management? Anytime you ask for help from most Lowe's employees or management you pretty much get an attitude like I'm just here for a paycheck. I'm leaving this one star review to make sure it gets their attention. This has happened to other people before and if they carry small items underneath on the lower shelf of the cart and sometimes they lose their merchandise on these bumps without knowing it. This causes people time, money and frustration and is a safety trip hazard! I know they have a tool in that tool department that can grind these bumps down in the parking lot. DO IT RIGHT!

The Hispanic guy in electrical refused to open the wire cage unless I linked my phone to the stupid scanner thing. So y’all just lost out on $200 of my businesses money that I’ll just have to go spend at Home Depot. I don’t have time to learn your systems. I just need the material I want.

I’d give a zero if I could- totally screwed up my dishwasher install- the installer decided not to install it since he couldn’t come earlier than designated time. They rescheduled for today come to find out the first installer didn’t do his job correctly and new installer couldn’t find my dishwasher. Find out it’s at the store but installer left because he couldn’t find it Never ever had such bad service. Hopefully Home Depot wants my business. Whoever Lowes uses for installation “3rd party” or how Lowe’s gets products to them is awful. It’s really the installation delivery system that is the problem.

Went in to buy a 12ft chair rail .. since it wouldn’t fit in my car, my husband asked the employee if they could cut it for us. She said they don’t cut at this location and looked really confused by the question. I checked google and it says they do cut to fit in the car but may not be able to make precision cuts which would have been fine.. We left and went to Home Depot where the employee was super helpful and they got our sale.
