If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been a customer for years. I've had deliveries for orders with no issues. Last Sunday, I ordered 38 cinder blocks to be delivered in order to protect my chicken's runs. We were home waiting on the delivery and could see that the driver was at the wrong address. There is no option to call or chat with the driver, and I tried calling the store 3 different times to let them know what was happening before he left. The AI assistant kept sending me back through a loop and never letting me speak with a person, until the last time. I spoke with a lady named Camille, who said she was going to work on getting it redelivered. A few hours went by, it was 4pm and she called me back to say she was still working on getting it out there that day. The next day I went to work, came home, and no delivery. I called the store again. This employee that answered was not helpful at all, and told me I would have to call the 3rd party delivery service, OneRail. I told them they said the day before they were going to get it redelivered. The lady told me there was nothing on her end showing that. Shewoild not help further, so reluctantly I called OneRail. 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer I hung up. I shouldn't have to callspmeone that Lowes partners with to get my order. The next day I call again. I tell them I want to speak with a manager. They again try to tell me to call OneRail and I let them know I'm not comfortable being bounced back and forth between them and their third party. They will not let me speak with a manager and say they will try to cancel the order. Then they come back on the phone and say they can't, because it's been delivered, and say the will try to call OneRail and see if they can, and will call me back. The next day I have heard nothing. I've been trying to call daily since then and no one answers the phone.
It's been a week and I'm still out $200 and have no cinder blocks to protect my chickens, and no one will answer the phone. I've also sent an email to their customer care email to submit a complaint and resolve the issue. It's been 3 days and nothing.
I will absolutely never order anything to be delivered by Lowes again, and if I can help it, I won't give them any more of my money.
This is theft. The customer service is the absolute worst. So if you are able to buy from them and avoid problems you may be fine, but if you need help from the store, I would bet you'll be out of luck.

This is the worst Lowes I have ever been to,I tried to return a epoxy kit and they said they don't accept paint after 30 days,I bought several sheets of plywood and the cashier didn't know how to ring them up,she ended up over charging me 10 dollars a sheet,today I went in to get some plywood and needed one cut in half,they said their saw wasn't working.I understand customer service is a thing of the past when I asked to speak with the manager they said I wasn't allowed to talk to him,I had to use my chain of command.As a veteran I know all about doing that but this isn't the military and im not an employee. I guess they don't need my business, I will shop elsewhere..

I will be filing a formal complaint with Lowes regarding the store located at 3200 S Main St, Lindale, TX 75771. My husband and I have used Lowes for years with no problems. Two years ago we moved and began using this store. We have had so many issues, most involving installations..range, doors...etc., and timing on getting products. Currently we have been trying to get a microwave installed. We ordered it a month ago and the microwaves were in stock at the store. First one came damaged after waiting two weeks to get it, now two weeks after that we get a call saying they will have to reschedule our install! That is totally ridiculous. They have already started our warranty and we don't even have the microwave. We have decided Lowes has gone by the wayside for us and we will be looking for another appliance store for future items.
