I came in today looking at unit sizes that were available and was impressed with the knowledge that Rachel had in respect to organizing what I will potentially be storing in the near future. The site was well maintained and freshly cleaned. Was able to see another interaction between Rachel and current tenant and was blown away with her hospitality. If I do end up going with a unit, this will definitely be the place!! Good customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you Rachel and ExtraSpace for the enlightening experience.
