I'm a older guy and I have sold several homes and in the moving process leased many storage units in several towns with several storage unit companies. So I have had a lot of storage unit experience. To date I have never worked with any storage unit management team that has given me as positive a experience as Carl and Rachel at Extra Space. I had six units leased there and Carl did everything possible to make it a positive experience for me. I would definitely recommend Carl, Rachel and Extra Space to anyone needing storage units.

Rachel was very helpful. She helped me establish the correct unit for my storing needs from my 3 bedroom house. Help me get lock for unit and was very helpful with the process. After finding a new place 4 to 5 months later she help me get the unit closed out and made it very easy and seamless. She a pro.
