  Just saved me over $700 on a cleaner repair. My pool company quoted me around $750 to repair my pool cleaner and replace all of the parts but Leslie’s took a look and found it was just a $45 part that was the issue. Thank you so much to the excellent staff over there and the great service you provide!

  Clay. Let me tell you about Clay. For many years we have watched this guy work. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Honesty. That goes along ways these days. Recently, we brought our Polaris in for service. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything. He was even willing to takeoff what he put on so that we could try and learn to fix it ourselves. He even found an old Polaris housing and let us have it at no charge. Granted it was old and used scrap, but it was still an incredibly kind gesture. Owners who have employees like Clay ensure that we continue to come back later and spend a lot more of our resources when it matters down the road. Don’t lose Clay. If I could hire Clay into my line of work, I would do it. Clay continues to ensure that we come in through those doors to buy what we need, rather than going to other places.

  Don't try to return any chemicals even though they are sealed. It doesn't matter if you bought them yesterday or last month. Corporate policy as I was told. Hazmat fine up to 3k I was told also if they accepted the sealed products from 3 days ago. I spent almost $200 for chemicals at their recommendation and a $35 50ft backwash hose. I plugged/clogged the impeller while vacuuming and hired a guy to take care of it. (Yes I am a rookie). He did that at no cost and showed me alot more. He is going to supply the necessary chems/salt to take care of the pool. I tried to return the unopened and sealed products 3 days later and was refused. It doesn't matter if they fixed your rover/auto vacuum. Nobody said anything about no returns with chemicals/conditioner/no phos. No signs posted that said that either. I will never have them do any repairs to my equipment again and certainly will not buy any product from them. I will also tell everyone I know to stay away from this crooked company. I feel sorry for some of those folks working for crooks.
