The sweet receptionist lady was able to extend my move-out date and was very helpful. I gave 5 stars for her service. My rate increased by nearly double. She did offer to reduce some, but I really dont need 3 units, so going to get rid of the 3rd and keep just the current 2 for now. If you ever need help, be sure to speak to the lady at the front. She's always kind and helpful.
