- CCClifton CApr 11, 20261.0I called the Grass Patch on March 20 and spoke with Scott. He ask me to go online and fill out the contact information page and sales person would contact me. I complied with his request. Then I waited. No response. So I called again on March 27 and spoke with the person who answered the phone. I think her name was Bonnie. She assured me that a sales person would be in touch next week. So I waited, and of course I did not receive a call, text or email. So I called back on April 3. She put me in touch with a sales person named Bill Jones (Great American name if you are hiding from the authorities). Bill made and appointment to meet me April 7 @ 10:00 am. Which he was 15 minutes late for. He did show up. We spoke about what I wanted and he ask me for a copy of my survey. Which I emailed to him. I have texted him twice to verify he received the emails, and I have not received a response. Exactly how long does is take to give an estimate for a very simple irrigation system and several pallets of grass. A simple response saying that he was still working on the estimate would have sufficed. My impression of this company is that they do not care or don't need the business.
