I was in a time crunch when I called them because I was about to move and needed a fast turnaround on getting my four Oriental carpets cleaned. DJ came right away to measure them, give me an estimate, and give me his earliest delivery date. I was so impressed with his friendliness and professionalism, I also asked him to include several other smaller (and not Oriental) rugs. His price quote was reasonable and even though his delivery estimate was very close to the move date, I decided to take a chance and let Tetris do the job. When the moving company notified me they would be picking everything up a day early, I asked DJ if he could also get the carpets back to me a day early, he said he'd try put probably couldn't so I expected I'd have to find a way to get them moved at a later date. The Downsizing team managing my move was very upset because they wanted the carpets delivered to my new home and put in place before the furniture was delivered. To my surprise, early the morning of the move, DJ showed up at my house with all of the very-well-cleaned carpets and rugs! I was amazed and so grateful that he had given me such unexpected and excellent service!
