I’m not satisfied at all. I bought it over the range microwave and it’s supposed to be hooked up to the ductwork from the outside two installers have come out and both said the same thing we do not hook that up. Well, what did I pay $179 for.

Worst delivery driver. He damaged the gutters, refused to take them back, drive on our residential driveway and cracked it with the truck, then refused to give us his name. He said “it’s not my problem and I don’t have a name”
Never dealing with Lowe’s again. Our estate looks like a mudd pit and damaged driveway and landscaping.

This Lowes has horrible customer service. Went in today and asked an employee how many wood cuts are free as the boards needed would not fit in vehicle. Employee came back and said two cuts per board but he was “too busy” yet there were two other people in lumber not requiring help. Another employee said would not do it as it was a project cut. We have had multiple issues with service. Another occasion was a worker in appliances telling us we did not want the LG Studio white essence appliance as they are a “dead” color.
