Staff is not knowledgeable on their products and managers always want to argue with their price match policy. I can even show them online the Lowe’s website rules, and they still won’t honor it. This is why I hate even going in this place.

1st off, I want to say that I am a “gold key status” Lowe’s customer due to how much money I spend here. That will be changing. This store has the worst customer service & makes me want to go Home Depot moving forward. Store 2821. Tonya (assistant manager) needs further training because she is no manager. I could write an essay about all the issues within my 2 visits at this location this month but I’m too mentally exhausted from this store. I have a list of issues & if anyone cares enough, they can reach out to hear them, but I already know that won’t happen. Just know, as a customer, this store does not honor what is nationally advertised and they want you to magically know a hidden “updated” policy that only THEIR employee computer has, even when the app and website say something different from their computer, and even despite Lowe’s chat confirming the national policy. I will never shop at Lowe’s again & this store needs serious attention. District Manager Charles Housden or Gary Davis (whichever one has authority over this store) or even Chad DeCasas truly need to develop better leadership at this store. And probably provide me with a w2 for all my time wasted just trying to coach your team on how to do their job & simply honor a policy that is nationally advertised. This store is HORRIBLE.
Edit: Wanted to add that this location (another few weeks earlier) also refused to give me a refund for a purchase because it was ordered on DoorDash. I was only returning because it was EXPIRED spray insulation. Not my fault they sent expired merchandise. Took 3 hours of arguing with the assistant managers just to give me store credit.

Came to the the League City, Texas location to buy a new E-Go mower. Tried to get help and couldn't find anyone. Went to the front register area and ask for assistance. Over the intercoms I heard them ask for someone to go to the mowers to assist a customer. Waited 10 minutes, no one came. I went to the front again, and asked again. Once again, over the intercoms I heard them call for assistance again. Waited another ten minutes and no one came. I was here to take a new mower home. Now I'm heading home. Go check you cameras. You'll see me there after 6:00 pm. It is now 6:36 and I'm heading home. Never got helped.

I love getting older music on vinyl. It sounds so much better. I lost this company when they moved. I didn't think to look it up on Facebook or anything but I was so glad that I found it again. One of the best places, I think, in my area to find the older vinyl albums that we grew up listening to. Keep up the good work. See you guys soon

Excellent Service from Jayce
I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Jayce. I purchased a lawn mower, but when I got home, I couldn’t figure out how to operate it properly. I brought it back to the store, and Jayce was very friendly, patient, and helpful.
He took the time to explain how to use the lawn mower and made sure I understood everything. I really appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help.
Thank you, Jayce, for going above and beyond! Lowe’s is lucky to have such a great employee. I highly recommend Jayce and will definitely come back to Lowe’s again!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
