I had such a wonderful experience working with Cole at Lowe’s! He truly went above and beyond to help me select my new appliances and made sure I found the best options and deals for my needs.
Cole’s customer service was absolutely stellar — he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making the process a positive one from start to finish. Big purchases like appliances can feel overwhelming, but Cole made everything easier with his expertise and attention to detail.

Good luck with their return policy. I bought a GE window unit from here that lasted 53 days. When I walked in with it they immediately looked at the return policy on the wall without even talking to me. I stated I bought this at the end of April 2026 and they said “It’s been longer than 48 hours, you can’t return it”. They followed that with, “it may just be a lemon and you may try to get with GE”. I replied, “If GE or Lowe’s can’t stand behind their products or the chain, I’m not going to.” Thanks but no thanks. I’ve been a Lowe’s customer for 10 plus years, but I’m not going to give them any more of my business.

I went to the Lowe's (June 15th League City, TX location) looking for a tool I needed for a project I was working on. Time was of the essence because the store was closing soon so I searched for an employee to help. A kind gentleman named Damien was more than willing to assist and directed me to what he thought may work for me. Shortly after, another gentleman named Clayton, (from a different store) came up to Damien and me and also assisted us. I made my purchase and left the store feeling good about the experience. This is the second time I've encountered such professionalism from employees of Lowe's that actually seemed like they were happy to help the customers. That for me is priceless! I would definitely recommend this store to others. Great job on hiring both of these gentlemen, Lowe's. And for the rest of you, thank you for taking the time to read this.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
