    Employees are the most rude and unprofessional people I’ve ever met. I’m canceling my credit card here. Waited 20 minutes at the paint desk to be given an attitude. I was asked to leave when I complained to the manager.

    I walked into the store this morning on May15th looking to purchase a washer and dryer. There was an add on the radio for Memorial Day that started this morning on all washers and dryers so I got to the store at 7am. When I walked back to the appliance area I seen a washer/dryer combo that had an electronic sale tag 1898.00. It also had an additional 20%off sheet taped on it on top. I asked for someone to help me because I wanted to purchase it and an employee named Chad told me he couldn’t honor the price. He said someone must had placed the additional 20% add on top of the combo by accident. I explained it was taped to it so he said he would ask someone else to see if he honor the price and when he came back he told me no. He told me he was one of the store managers and he still couldn’t honor the price. However he did tell me I should write a review so corporate would know that they are short staffed and that was probably the reason why someone would have placed that 20% off on this unit! I’m not sure that is how Lowe’s does business but I can tell you Chad, as one of the store managers , Did Not step up and want to keep a customer. I have been a loyal customer of Lowe’s and have Never had this problem in the past. Maybe it is this store. I will take my business elsewhere and that is sad. I would hope corporate would look at the video and find out which employee placed the additional 20% off on the combo unit and have a corrective taken with them and then get ahold of me and honor the price.

    Manager Jeremy or Jeremiah not sure what his name is was extremely rude on the phone with resolving a problem with delivery I bought landscaping edging about 2 months ago it never came to me and it got stuck a FedEx location so he kept saying it wasn’t any of his problems that i have to deal with FedEx it was ridiculous because i buy from lowers and pay shipping and i have to call FedEx ? It was the Rudest manager i have ever talked to .

    Lowes in League City has a fantastic Appliance Dep. starting with salesmen, John and Jayce, who are knowlegeable and helpful. Their delivery men are great. We bought a combo microwave/oven which required a difficult installation. Roberto and his father stepped in, did an excellent job.and even cleaned up after.Roberto’s Mother does the scheduling and was also right on top of everything. Kudos to all!

    Took back 2 small items that I didn't use for project didn't have receipt. The person in customer service was able to look up my purchase with my cell number. They were very helpful. Thanks
