  Tammy was great! I went in just to inquire about availability and pricing and ended up renting a 10 x 15 unit at a very competitive rate. She was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process quick and easy. Great customer service!

  Do you like working with management that lack basic communication skills, execute generally sleazy business practices, then play stupid when you call them out for it? Good news! This location is the place for you! Here is a detailed timeline of the whole ordeal: SITUATION: I have a car that isn’t in working order that I’m still finishing up payments on. So I needed a place to store it for a few months. 5/16/26 I put in an inquiry with this location. Requesting a unit for my car. I checked the box saying it is not in working order. But it is insured. The lady at the desk showed me the spot on the map, I said yes. She then asks for my paperwork (insurance, license plate, etc). Everything goes fine until the registration sticker, which is expired. I explained that I can’t get it renewed, because it’s non operational so I can’t pass an emissions test. She said she will put it in my file anyway. I get a tow truck there with my car, drop it off. Easy peasy. 6/22/26 I miss a call from them, I was in a meeting. I call her back after, she says she’s out on the property and asks if she can call back, I say yes. She calls back, and says they are missing some documents (doesn’t tell me which ones) and asks if I can write their email down. I say no, because I’m driving. She says she will call me back tomorrow and hopefully it’s a better time 6/30/26 She calls me again. I answer because I remembered the supposed missing documentation (which is surprising, because I had been there over a month already and had made 2 payments so I figured it wasn’t a big deal). But this time she asks me to move my car because they need to do some light work and they don’t want to put my car in harms way. I remind her that it’s inoperable, so it would cost me $300 in tow truck fees to move it, the $300 to move it back when they are done. I told her I’d sign off so all the liability is on me if something happens. She acts puzzled, then says she will talk to the contractor and her boss and get back with me. (I never hear about this again) 7/15/26 I receive a bizarre email (see attached picture) at 5:53PM conveniently 7 mins before the office closes. This email states it’s a “reminder” that they are terminating my lease effective immediately due to the following 3 reasons: inoperable vehicle - I disclosed this on the inquiry, and mentioned several times while signing the lease and paying Paperwork never brought to office - Hmm, it would’ve helped if I was ever TOLD WHAT THE PAPERWORK WAS Expired insurance - I looked at my account, and the insurance renews when auto pay takes the money from my account. Coincidentally, the previous two months autopay came out on the 14th, this time it came out on the 15th randomly. Guess, when my insurance expired? The 14th 🤔 Long story short, I email and call back. Never got a response, email or call. Until, payment is due. It won’t let me pay to officially “move out”. So I can and OF COURSE she answers then. I tell her the unit, and she goes “oh yeah you are the guy with the inoperable car, did you get my email?”. As if she was oblivious and as if I hadn’t sent 4 emails and left 3-4 voicemails in the last 48 hours. This is a sleazy, money hungry move. Taking the lease with full knowledge of it being an inoperable vehicle, and using that as well as YOUR OWN NEGLECT OF YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITIES AS MANAGER to trap me in a corner and force me to fight my way out. And bumping my autopay back a day so you can use expired insurance as justification, that’s gold! I do a lot of business related work and I work with a LOT of management and business owners. These are the type of people that you never want to work with. I don’t think extra space itself is bad, but Jesus Tammy Mize is HORRENDOUS at her job and needs to be removed from her position. I have receipts for ALL of these accusations so regardless of what corporate bs response they send me here I have proof of all of it. Just please, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. I lost hundreds because of her negligence.
