  A bit late but had great customer service from Danielle or Danny a week ago. Help us out on the garden area and also recommended some other stuff for the garden. 👍 Great job

  They didn't have 1 gallon cans of Sashco Through the Roof. It's a normal item to have available.

  Workers at the entrance have no respect to those that are handicapped. My dad has been asking for those electric chairs over and over and they just ignored him like nothing, they say they were going to go look for one but I literally just see them walk a bit and come right back once again completely ignoring him while he’s trying to walk with pain in his leg. They clearly see him with a prosthetic leg in pain while the 4 ladies that were there were all attending one man leaving my dad just there.

  I want to recognize the outstanding customer service I received today in the Garden Department at Lowe's Mario Jorge Kayla and Rick went above and beyond to help me with my gardening and outdoor project questions They were knowledgeable patient professional and made sure I had all the information and materials I needed Even though there was a longer wait than expected for management approval these employees kept everything moving as smoothly as possible and maintained a positive attitude throughout the process. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. What impressed me most was seeing that I wasn't the only customer receiving this level of care. They treated everyone with respect and genuine attention showing that they truly care about the people who shop there. In my experience this Lowe's location stands far above many other stores when it comes to customer service. I will definitely be returning for all of my future gardening and outdoor projects because of the exceptional experience these employees provided. I would also like to mention that the summer heat in the garden area is extremely intense. The small fan at the register simply doesn't do justice to the hardworking employees who spend hours helping customers in those conditions. As someone who works outdoors in construction even I found the wait draining because of the heat and humidity. These employees are giving more than 100% to both the company and its customers and deserve a more comfortable work area during the hot summer months. Thank you Mario Jorge Kayla and Rick for your professionalism kindness and excellent customer service And thank you for the cold bottle of water it was greatly appreciated in the Texas heat. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

  1 star is still too generous — if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Today, I approached the first associate nearby for assistance, and instead of helping, he simply paged someone else. We waited… and waited… and no one ever came. I then approached a second associate who again paged for assistance, but still nobody showed up. After making a third attempt, another associate told us he would call someone as well. By that point, we had already accumulated nearly an hour of waiting time with absolutely no help, no urgency, and no accountability. ZERO customer service. What made the experience even more frustrating and insulting was when we finally spoke with the supervisor to explain that we had been waiting for almost an hour, her response was that she would “check the cameras.” Check the cameras for what exactly? As if we had any reason to lie about standing there waiting and repeatedly asking for help? Not once did anyone apologize sincerely, try to resolve the issue quickly, or even seem concerned that customers had been ignored for that long. The complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time was unbelievable. After wasting our time and getting nowhere, we finally told the supervisor that we were leaving and taking our business to Home Depot instead…I am writing this review right after my trip to Home Depot — THANK YOU, HOME DEPOT.
