- CMChasmyn MccraryJun 17, 20261.0I had an account with them and only a few hundred dollars to pay it off, I got constant calls about getting my furniture back and also renting new. When I was ready to pay IN FULL to get my items, the GM Shaka did not return my calls! The sales manager Ashley basically blew me off saying my items were sold when I originally spoke to her regarding my items. Some items were damaged upon delivery so to resale without contact after reaching out EXCESSIVELY is crazy. My item was even discounted for the mistake so why would you do that!?? I am beyond pissed because I have called more than 5 times in the past 2 months and although the location was great INITIALLY the handling after the fact is ridiculous! Do not RENT THERE, They hound you for a payment and to get more items but when you want to straighten out your account NOBODY follows up! All my money was just wasted! And that is not a game to me! I’m even more mad because I tipped the damn delivery drivers $20 a piece when I originally got the furniture just to pay back in all these fees. They was so happy, they didn’t even screw my items together properly which made me feel stupid! I literally just asked to speak with Shaka today and asked for a reason of why he isn’t returning my calls? I was put on hold and the line was given to Ashley so at this point, yall are playing with me Do not RENT FROM HERE! EVER! And I’m emailing corporate NOW to report them all.

- IHI AM HERNov 9, 20241.0I ordered a bedroom set with mattress and box spring on October 26, 2024. I finally got a phone from Aaron's on November 4th asking for a payment and stated that I had to sign up for easy pay (didnt kniw it was mandatory). Also that my stuff would finally be delivered on November 8 between 11 and 6. I was also told I needed to come into the store to show my ID since I wouldn't be there because I had to work When the stuff was delivered. So I did what was asked. The day of delivery I had someone at my home so things could be delivered. I get a call at 3:03pm from a lady saying that they need to reschedule because they called me and text me and nobody answered my door. I explained that I did have a missed call from an unknown number but never received a text. She told me that it was false cause she had a screenshot as if I was lying. I also explained that I'm a driver and could not answer my phone while at work. Which is the reason for me leaving someone at my home. The driver never knocked on my door. The neighbors said Jose sat in the truck and only got out to put a note on my door. So I guess since I didn't answer his call, he felt no need to knock. They informed they couldn't get back out to deliver again until the following Tuesday. At that point I just told them to cancel both orders and refund my money. The manager was so nonchalant about the situation when i spoke with him yo cancel the order. I have done business with Aaron's before. This situation put a bad taste in my mouth. What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
