When I was ready to pay IN FULL to get my items, the GM Shaka did not return my calls! The sales manager Ashley basically blew me off saying my items were sold when I originally spoke to her regarding my items. Some items were damaged upon delivery so to resale without contact after reaching out EXCESSIVELY is crazy. My item was even discounted for the mistake so why would you do that!?? I am beyond pissed because I have called more than 5 times in the past 2 months and although the location was great INITIALLY the handling after the fact is ridiculous! Do not RENT THERE, They hound you for a payment and to get more items but when you want to straighten out your account NOBODY follows up! All my money was just wasted! And that is not a game to me! I’m even more mad because I tipped the damn delivery drivers $20 a piece when I originally got the furniture just to pay back in all these fees. They was so happy, they didn’t even screw my items together properly which made me feel stupid! I literally just asked to speak with Shaka today and asked for a reason of why he isn’t returning my calls? I was put on hold and the line was given to Ashley so at this point, yall are playing with me Do not RENT FROM HERE! EVER! And I’m emailing corporate NOW to report them all.

One of their so-called "associates" was walking around the store looking like she just rolled out of bed – no proper uniform, sloppy appearance, zero effort to look like she represented a business. She wasn't carrying herself professionally at all: no greeting, no basic courtesy, just wandering around with an attitude that screamed "I don't care if you're here or not." This isn't some hole-in-the-wall spot; it's a store where people come to spend money on furniture and appliances they need. The bare minimum should be staff who at least pretend to take their job seriously – dressed appropriately, acting like adults, and showing a shred of respect for customers. Instead, this associate's complete lack of professionalism was so off-putting that it ruined any chance I'd ever do business here again. Why would I drive out of my way to give my money to a place that can't even enforce basic dress code or train their people to act like they work in retail? Forget it. I'll gladly go to another location farther out (or better yet, find a real store that values customers) before I ever step foot in this dump again. Total unprofessional disaster – steer clear if you have any self-respect. Rent-A-Center, get your act together!!!!! Your employees are driving people away.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
