- JJJane1 day ago1.0Doubled the rent for our unit a few months ago, $25 to $50… okay whatever, fair price. Got a letter in the mail it was doubling again to over $100/monthly for a 10x10, meanwhile the exact same units are significantly cheaper, sale or not on their website for the exact same location. They do not value continued business. I understand in a month to month contract the price can change, but sending me a letter in the mail telling me that price is “based on market value” is insanity lmfao 10x10 units with no outside access or anything aren’t $111monthly anywhere
