  Thanks to Renee, for the reminder call. Brittany and Joseph arrived on time, for general extermination service. They were in and out of my house in less than 10 minutes. The service was reasonably priced at $167.69 for my three bedroom 2 bathroom home of 1500 ft. They both Displayed friendly demeanors and were extremely professional. Thank you for the service. I will be using them again.

  On this past Monday at around 8:30 a.m. on June 1, 2026 while doing my lawn. A Coastal Exterminating white truck parked at my neighbor's home 3815 Dolphin Ln. in Bay Colony. This is Tom and Sandra Cross home who are known as the NEIGHBORHOOD BULLIES. The mid 50ish thin tall dark haired Coastal Exterminating Employee parked in their driveway and went into their home. He then came back out of their home and deliberately walked up to me in a aggressive manner. Out of nowhere he proceeds to tell me how he doesn't thinks it's fair that if his dog shits in someone's yard that he has to pick it up but that it's okay for other people's cats to shit in your backyard garden. Then I said that's why you call your local Animal Shelter and he said "NO!" "THAT I WOULD JUST KILL THE CATS!" Then he said that he had something in his briefcase in his truck but the whole time I could see Sandra Cross hiding in the front of her entryway. It was apparent that he was instructed by them to do this act otherwise there was NO REASON FOR IT. I don't know if this dumb guy at Coastal Exterminating thought or wanted me to say "Oh can I have your business card" "i want to call you because you lure cat's into your yard and KILL THEM. I do know of 2 neighborhood kids that are missing their cats. Coastal Exterminating in La Porte knows who this man is and by the way I'm also turning 60 and handicapped with a fractured hip in 5 pieces and on an oxygen machine. So if this man was to push me down I could break more bones. I do plan on reporting this older man to the La Porte Police Department and to La Porte Animal Shelter who I also help by fostering abandoned animals for them. I don't know this person at COASTAL EXTERMINATING CO. in La Porte but "WAY TO GO!" "YA'LL SHOULD BE SO PROUD OF YOUR EMPLOYEE HARASSING HANDICAP PEOPLE IN A THREATENING MANNER WHO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH EXTERMINATIMG CO. AT ALL!" by John Sanchez

  We have been using Coastal for the past 20 years. They are always friendly and respectful and most importantly the bugs are dead! By the way, if you have fire ants, we all do, they have something they spray on the lawn and bye bye fire ants, the warranty for the fire ants is one year but honestly in my yard it lasts for almost 2 years. Thank you Renee and Chris!
