  Tried to call and the phone rang for 30 minutes and nobody answered. I was trying to save a long trip to the store and back to see if my dad left his phone there and was unable to contact the store.

  Employees were very helpful and attentive. The wait however, was really long but I understand that is not the employees fault.

  Every time I go to the store, the guys in here are very welcoming. They explained all of my questions, as a first pool owner I didnt know where to start. My pool was green and now its sparkling clear water. I stop in here pretty regularly and I have always gotten great customer service. Also, they help to carry some heavy items I purchased to my car. I wont be going anywhere else.

  Unknowledgeable individuals who work there I’ve been three times for various pool parts. Not one person knows the items or what there called. I was told that the fitting I have is old and outdated so I said ok what’s the replacement item that took over so that I can get my pool back up. Response was I don’t know. Wow what a shock luckily I went to hardware store where I found the item I was searching for. But if your looking for pool floats you can definitely find it there. Probably cheaper on amazon or poolzoom though.
