Not sure i will continue going to this store , i had a very bad experience with one of the guy's at the store.On top did i had to spent over one hour dealing with a broke AI system to try recovering my login with no result and another 35 min with a agent again no result.Other companies are sending you a reset email , her i had to go trough an face recognizing proces , sharing my drivers and social and on the end sorry something went wrong.If something is wrong its their system .

If I could give zero I would. They lost out on a big appliance sale because every time a sales associate would answer the phone they hung up right as soon as they picked the phone up. I find this very rude and disrespectful. I will not be shopping at this location.

Lowe’s in Kingwood is a WAY better experience than Home Depot in Porter or Humble.
However, Christmas decorations already on the shelf in mid September?! It’s still summertime; the kids just got back in school. We still have Halloween and Thanksgiving to get through

I Asked an associate if he could cut a piece of butcher block for me, before the associate could even answer this guy named Travis rudely says “NO” and walks off. Not sure who this guy thinks he is but that’s no way to answer a paying customer specially when I wasn’t talking to him. Shows why this store is always empty.
